Shipping and Discount

We ship our products to most homes and business establishments throughout Singapore. We do not however ship to Jurong Island and Sentosa (main island).
Free delivery for orders above $50, (after discount) for standard delivery

For orders below $30, the delivery charge is $4.90

For orders between $30-$49.99, the delivery charge is $3.90
Before checkout you will be able to choose your preferred delivery date. For next day delivery, you need to make your purchase before 12pm, after which we will only be able to deliver the following day.

Please note that delivery will be made anytime between 10am-5pm, Mondays to Saturdays. No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please also note that delivery slots are limited and as such if you cannot click your desired date, it most likely means that deliveries for that day have been filled up.

In the event that we are unable to meet our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances we will contact you to make the necessary arrangements. Unfortunately we are unable to take requests for specific timings as of now. We are not offering evening deliveries until further notice.
All our products are delivered frozen unless otherwise stated on the product details. We outsource our deliveries to a third party logistics company so please be patient with us as we strive to work with them should there be any delivery issues.
Either you or a representative that is 18 years of age or older must be present to receive the merchandise at the agreed upon day and time window.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order. Please be sure to sign the invoice in the presence of the delivery representative to indicate your delivery has been received. A signed invoice without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect items represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. However should you have any worries please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also log into your account and view your order confirmation under the "My Orders" section.
As we outsource our deliveries, the timing is between 9am - 5pm and will depend on the driver’s route on that day.

Please note that once the order is dispatched, changes will not be possible.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide the option of choosing a substitute, receiving a refund, or scheduling a later delivery for the product.
Yes, we offer contactless delivery. Please indicate in the remarks if you would like your delivery to be left at your doorstep.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, digital wallets like Apple Pay and cash on delivery.
Yes, you can apply valid promo codes or digital coupons during checkout. Make sure to enter the code before completing your purchase.

All our outlets open from 10.30am to 9pm daily. We close from 2.30-3.30 for lunch.

Our Woodlands Terrace factory office and outlet opens Mon-Fri: 9am - 4.30pm and Sat: 9am to 12.30pm. Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Products

All our products come frozen unless otherwise stated.
All our products will retain its goodness for up to 6 months in the freezer sealed. Once opened, make sure the goods are placed in an air-tight container and consumed within 2 weeks. Always handle the products with clean, dry hands/utensils.
Our products will keep delicious for up to 5 days when stored in your refrigerator. Just make sure the goods are placed in an air-tight container once the seal has been broken and always handle the products with clean, dry hands/utensils.
Our products are flash frozen in a blast freezer straight out of the oven to secure the just-baked flavour. This ensures that our food tastes just as amazing on your plate as it did right out of our kitchen. We do not use any artificial preservatives to extend shelf-life.
The expiry of our snacks can be found on the top left hand corner of your bag. Once opened, please consume your snacks within 2 weeks. Our snacks taste best when they are crisp so make sure you seal the bag tightly!

We can curate special hampers depending on your budget. Delivery would be free to each location if the hamper value to that location is above $50. Otherwise standard delivery rates apply.
