I didn't receive my $5 discount. What should I do?
We are currently no longer running a $5 discount. Stay tuned though we will be launching new promotions very soon!
When will my goods be delivered?
Before checkout you will be able to choose your preferred delivery date. For next day delivery, you need to make your purchase before 12pm, after which we will only be able to deliver the following day. Please note that delivery will be made anytime between 10am-5pm, Mondays to Saturdays. No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays. Please also note that delivery slots are limited and as such if you cannot click your desired date, it most likely means that deliveries for that day have been filled up.
In the event that we are unable to meet our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances we will contact you to make the necessary arrangements. Unfortunately we are unable to take requests for specific timings as of now. Should you have any special requests please leave us a comment in the 'order comment' box upon check-out.
Evening Deliveries
We are not offering evening deliveries until further notice.
How are the goods delivered?
All our products are delivered frozen unless otherwise stated on the product details. We outsource our deliveries to a third party logistics company so please be patient with us as we strive to work with them should there be any delivery issues.
What are the shipping charges?
Free delivery for orders above $50, (after discount) for standard delivery
For orders below $50, a delivery charge of $10 applies.
Where can deliveries be made?
Melvados is proud to say we ship our products to most homes and business establishments throughout Singapore. We do not however ship to Jurong Island and Sentosa (main island).
How do I prepare for my delivery?
Either you or a representative that is 18 years of age or older must be present to receive the merchandise at the agreed upon day and time window. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order. Please be sure to sign the invoice in the presence of the delivery representative to indicate your delivery has been received. A signed invoice without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect items represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. However should you have any worries please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.
